We own a diversified and integrated portfolio of mining assets, covering a range of key mineral commodities. Our portfolio includes thermal coal with high to low calorific values, providing supply flexibility for various energy market needs, as well as metallurgical coal, which serves as a premium raw material for the steel industry.
This diversification is further strengthened by our ownership of gold, silver, and silica sand mines, which significantly enhances our position across an expanding and increasingly diverse mineral value chain.

Mine Services
Through our subsidiary, PT Petrosea Tbk, we have expanded our portfolio into mining contracting services, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), as well as offshore Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation (EPCI). Our service reach extends not only across Indonesia, but also into regional markets such as Papua New Guinea.
This integration strengthens our position as a comprehensive solutions provider across the mining value chain—from exploration and infrastructure development to efficient and sustainable mining operations. With these capabilities, we deliver integrated and synergistic services designed to maximize efficiency and create optimal value for our clients.
Infrastructure & Other Supporting Services
We also provide infrastructure services and a wide range of integrated support activities across the energy and mineral supply chain. These services include coal logistics and hauling, port operations, coal trading, ISP management, and the operation of power generation facilities.

Coal Hauling Road, Intermediate Stockpile & Port
We operate and manage coal hauling road infrastructure that connects our mining sites with Intermediate Stockpile (ISP) facilities and port operations. This infrastructure is designed to support efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of coal to our customers.

Petrosea Offshore Supply Base (POSB)
Petrosea provides services to Indonesia’s oil and gas industry through the Petrosea Offshore Supply Base (POSB), located in Sorong, West Papua. POSB consistently delivers international-standard, cost-effective services to all its clients.

Power Plant
As part of its energy-sector expansion strategy, the Company introduced a new business line in power generation. Through this initiative, the Company has developed capabilities in the development and operation of electricity projects by providing a 680 MW power plant to support the energy needs of the industrial zone.
