Education and Training Program

The need for competitive and professional human resources to support efforts to implement mining engineering principles efficiently and responsibly has become one of the Company’s focuses. To meet the desire of HR needs, the Company strives to increase the capacity and competence of HR through various education and training programs.

The Company places a strong focus on developing a high-performing and competitive workforce as a key driver in supporting the sustainability of its business in the future. The training focuses on enhancing technical abilities or job-specific skills across all business lines of the Petrindo group, with the aim of improving performance and ensuring that employees can carry out their tasks effectively.

The focus of human capital development is to enhance long-term capabilities, particularly soft skills and competencies for future roles in line with company’s long-term strategy. The goal is to prepare employees for long-term career progression and more strategic positions.

This effort is also supported by conducting selective recruitment process to obtain human resources who can support efforts to increase the competitiveness, development and sustainability of the Company in the future.
